Denbies Today

We had a good visit to Denbies today. First time since lockdown.
Everything there was great. But could not find any other Sharknoses.
Best wishes, John Rogers

Re: Where is Brucey, I hope this isn't the answer...

Brucey confessed to me in 2015 that he had become absorbed by cycling. Attached is a photo I picked up at that time. The following on the Cycling UK Forum is astonishingly huge. Brucey was such a captivating contributor to bigcoupe and obviously has been an inspiration to cycling. We are so sorry to...

Re: Water in the spare wheel well.

I had much leaking which was solved by replacing with a heavy duty boot seal.

Spoiler mounting holes were a possibility but were not guilty.

Re: 23 June Bicester

Really excellent event. Like early days of Festival of Speed. Car Club did a really good job. Entry was easy (pre book only). Got to back of queue at 10.10. Was in by 10.20. Met many interesting BMW owners. There were 5 E24’s. The site has many specialist car engineers. But most exciting was a large...

23 June Bicester

I have booked tickets for this regular event which I have heard is very interesting. There is a 50% / £10 reduction for pre 1990 cars. http://bicesterheritage.co.uk/whaton/superscramble/ See this posting by the Car Club https://bmwcarclubgb.uk/events/2019/06/sharknose_collection_at_super_scramble.ht...

ACE Cafe Sharknose 12.00 Sunday 9th September

ACE Cafe have the BMW Sharknose meeting arranged for Sunday 9th September. Start time 12.00.

This will follow on from their Brighton Burn Up. A mass bike event with huge crowds. Well worth seeing.

Last year's Sharknose meeting organised by Kos was really excellent.

Re: Outdoor car cover recommendations?

I have owned my M6 for many years and it has always lived outdoors. Right from the beginning I have always used a Cover Systems cover. See http://www.cover-systems.co.uk/car-covers/ They last 4 or 5 years and I am now on my 4th. The main problem keeping your car out doors is UV effects on the paint ...
