Bobbo I may be wrong, but to me it just shows the spacing of the lettering I need to know the spacing for mounting Just measure the right edge of the decklid to where the characters end and from the bottom edge to the bottom of the logo

Re: What did you do to your E24 today?

Took it for a 20 mile drive. Trying to find all the hidden bugaboos so I can trust it more. So far one bad relay and couldn't get the headlights working. Found a lot of corrosion in the fuse box which I cleaned up and now have lights/ Modified M90 motor goes like a scalded cat!! https://youtu.be/H1Y...

I'm running Koni oil filled in the front and Koni gas shocks in the rear all on lowering springs and to me it rides nice. If you can find a set, I would go with Koni adjustable

Re: Side window trim color.

If you are talking about the Hockey" sticks along the side of the windshield, I have to differ with you. All the ones I have seen are black. In fact I had a brand new set years ago that I sold to Billy Browne, who was a total purist, still in the factory wrapper and they were black,

Looks like (1) PN from 77-89
That doesn't sound correct, the later series 2 cars have bigger/wider fender flares than the series 1 version

^^^
Right on There are differences between the 81 and older cars and the series 2 cars
