Re: '86 Sport Seat Disassembly for Re-cover

Do you mean standard type sport seat not Recaro? if it's just standard sport seat then you can follow e30 sport seat.. it's very similar https://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?1331911-DIY-e30-seat-reupholstering https://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=347892 http://www.malloc.nl...

Re: M30B34 Spark Plug Wrench

why don't you use a deep 13/16” or 21mm socket or 13/16” or 21mm spark plug socket?

They usually work better anyway.

may want to read this...a how to.. http://www.brianbernard.com/BMW%20DIY's ... Change.pdf

Or take it somewhere..you maybe better off.

Re: What is this?

Looks like the brown wires should be connected to a bolt at the bottom of that ABS module... under those red wires, that's where mine go.

m635 Exhaust options

I"m looking to update my exhaust on my m635... I have this and my old systems is pretty rusty. https://i.imgur.com/b91xF8S.jpg I'm thinking about using the supersprint section 1 pipes with a OE muffler https://3a663eb0fef48c6d2d60-a88f8ebfcdb877ad223e888bfcb7f7ec.ssl.cf1.rackcdn.com/838884_x600.jpg ...

It will need nuts on both sides. Pretty sure if fits in the top mount just fine you'll see once you try to put it in there.

Re: I need professional advice on my '87 M6

What is a "halo car"

The original hours - 50 at $120 per hour = $6

They billed me for 162 hours totaling $19,440.00.

With parts and tax - $26,582.

Wow! I don't think I would have paid that. I would have walked out and asked for a line itemized bill.
