Ensure no pressure in the cooling system. Unscrew (you shouldn't lose much coolant) and replace with new one.

Re: Rear angled Number Plate Holder

Sorry Ronnie if I have misled you! There is not an angled plate holder. The number plate screws go into plastic grommets which are fitted in the rear panel. Still can't find them in Realoem though.

Yes through plastic grommets which I can't find in the parts breakdown.

You have a completely non-standard set-up. Someone has removed the OEM equipment for some reason!

Try using the "search" facility (top R/H corner) to see what it SHOULD look like.

Re: Polishing the Aluminum trim around grills?

Bobbo,

You can remove the alloy strips from the plastic grills. Use a pair of long needle-nose pliers to turn the holding clips 90 degrees.

It's all a bit fragile so be careful.

I used a mild cutting compound such as Brasso or T-Cut and they came up beautifully.

When the M635 was launched with the RS007s, did it have painted, or polished rims?
They were diamond cut. I have a local guy who can do it.
