Re: FS - UK RHD M635CSi #126

I would say its worth £10k if someone wants a project however i started it up at the sale and the starter motor didn’t disengage, it had a missfire that did clear, the cap is off the MAF sensor, the clutch is heavy and brake pedal spongy. The rev counter steps and wasn’t smooth, however looked like ...

Agree, looks presentable at a distance but its one of those that are a nightmare to put back to mint condition. The cream plastics are shot and i've never seen a car need welding so far inboard on the front turret  Definate one to see before committing.

Re: FS - UK RHD M635CSi #390

I'm thinking the prices will probably follow a similar trend to the CSL, also the E24 is sort of the last of its kind before electronics and safety driven styling started upsetting everyone. The prices will jump if the M635 qualifies for one of the prestigious race classes...then people with serious...

Hi Guys, the new owner collected this morning, a top bloke from the Preston area. Sad to see it go but I think it will get more use with the new owner and I need the cash for a self build project (and eventually more garage space!). Not sure what the prices are doing it seems like car enthusiasts ha...

Re: Low side AC port on 1986 M635?

I'm looking for the correct replacement hose on RealOEM, however it comes up with the standard hose (approx 45 degree connection to compressor) whereas I require the unique M635 hose with closer to 90 degree radius.

Anyone know the part number?

Its okay after a day of head scratching and research it appears the PO changed the low pressure AC hose for one WITHOUT a port...less than ideal, you got to love a tryer ](*,)

Thanks

They are the wrong seats for a 1986...The recaro's were phased out around 1984 in favour of the sport seats. :-k

I'm after a rust free (no damage or pitting at all) wiper bracket assembly (Console - PN 61611362173). I'm happy to get it shot blasted/powder coated if its got flaking paint etc, however I do want the finish to be spot on once refurbished. Let me know if you can help, can pay paypal/bank transfer. ...

Re: WTB: M88/3 Yellow Throttle Body Screw Covers

I've just bought 12 blue ones from my dealer (B13.11.1.265.510) £1.14 each. They are much better quality than the aftermarket yellow set that went very brittle and broke up when fitting, would recommend just getting genuine as they are available and snap into place when fitting.

Re: Bringing a Belgian 635 CSi 1984 back on the road

Yes thats the engine management ECU, its worth taking it apart (remove screws and unfold the metal tangs) it comes apart fairly easy and you will be able to see water marks on the inside of the metal case if its been flooded. I would then coat in WD40. Fortunately if your engine runs i'm sure its OK...
