Re: ‘84 633Csi, 5 speed, 57K miles, rust free, So. Florida

I am a previous owner of this car and I sold it back in January 2014. It's a solid car and the current description is fairly accurate given the condition the car was in when I sold it. The major difference though is the mileage, which is definitely not 57k. When I sold it, the last Carfax entry was ...

Re: 89 M6_Japan import?

I think the car is legit... It's probably just not actually an '89. bmwvin.com does say 635CSi but it also says it has an S38.

BMWfans.com also says S38 M6.

I feel that $4000 obo is more realistic if you actually want to sell it quickly. It's a nice car, just not what most people are looking for with the color combo and auto trans. The body kit is really cool but you have to imagine the car lower and with a rear spoiler in order for it to look good.

Interesting that you pulled the quote from the BMW V12 LMR art car! I love all of the quotes on the art car, as well as the chrome vinyl. I also think Jenny Holzer's other work is really cool so I really wanted to have something like this on my own car. I love that car.....now, if you'd just fix th...

Huge photo update! Added Zender sideskirts (thanks Ralph!) and a Hakosuka reproduction rear blade spoiler. Photos taken at my mansion that I could afford by selling E24 parts I find at the junkyard. http://www.originalplate.com/i/1982_635csi/trespass01.jpg http://www.originalplate.com/i/19...

I tried a heat gun but it was useless against the adhesive... The foam just started ripping apart very easily.

I have one but it's in about 5,000 pieces!

Are they all glued on like this? How does one remove this spoiler without completely destroying it?

Who's had their old BMW repainted? I have many questions.

I'm still pretty far away from getting my E24 painted, but in thinking about where to go, I really have no idea what to even look for. I will need some custom metalwork due to the flares, as well as a full color change. I have so many questions! 1. Is this something that any good body shop can do? 2...

Yep, they'll fit the E12 cars too. They have the standard 3-pin lowbeam and 2-pin highbeam configuration.

Not really sure how new they are, I don't see any date markings. I've had them sitting around for a few years though.
