Wallothnesch will be your best bet. Yes last resort.. but are these two interchangeable. The brake pipe seems to be in the correct side for RHD n LHD. Just can't find the RHD Part anywhere.

Sounds like a previous owner has swapped out headlights ? What is the part number on the headlight in your car ?
