Re: New Top Gear

I'm with the Chris Evans is a clown crowd. I quite like the other presenters - and guess they are trying to freshen it up while still keeping the original format in place. Actaully think having an international flavour with Matt add to it - would love to see how him and the original cast would have ...

Re: What Happened to the Friday Thread????

Guys, I started the Friday Tits Day thread in order to admire some non Automotive related Headlights. Well, what was a tit shot here and there has grown into a beast. As Ive mentioned in the past, the thread gets hit more by non BC members than anything. Morally, I felt as though I was hosting a so...

Hi Brian. Your work on this site is truly appreciated - annual donation coming shortly. One minor issue which is more than likely me, what do I need to do so that when I click on "new posts" I only get those since previous visit? My "new posts" list seems to be growing. Thanks C...

Pretty much describes my fuel gauge as well... my temp gauge also seems to read rather hot and can move a bit - but am in a warm climate.

You got the 'carpet material' version? Some sort of polyester woven cloth? Solid enough to stop a few tools and rag rattling around in the boot?

That e34 list is not too bad as a guide. Hey josh just ask what u want and we would be very happy to answer any questions. As a good start look at what alpina done to their m30 which overall netted about 260bhp. They used to race these engines in groupA in the 80's and they made around the 300bhp m...

I have an identical issue with my 82 car. It's fine cold but after a drive it can seems like you are trying to put the gears into a slot too small for them. I live in a reasonably warm climate. I am working on IDing the cause and think at the moment it is the oil in the gear box losing its viscosity...

As stated - I'll give 1 a whirl. Being Aussie based I would want the metric option only and a set of senders. It may be of benefit to send all the Aussie orders to a single distribution point in Australia.

E24 635CSi Extractors Availability in Australia

I understand best path to some more power out of a standard 1983 635CSi is a head polish / porting and a set of extractors.

Are they available / is there a maker in Australia, or do they need to be imported?

There also seems to be a nice looking M635 for sale at a dealer in Melb for 30 odd K as well - if you are spending in the 20s should you not look at that as well?
