Re: OEM M6 Shift knob
Thanks guys. After looking at many, many photos of M6 interiors, it seems to me both styles were used, in 87-88 cars. I'd say the mushroom knob is more common on the 87's and the contoured knob is more common on the 88's. There were just too many of both on either year to think that BMW used one on ...

Hey Guys,
We are just considering an attempt to improve upon/solve the various issues with the bars currently available for our E24's and E28's.
These issues relate to fit, function and visual design.

Greetings fellow Sixers, It's a lot to ask, I know, but if any of you gentlemen of taste and style, both suave and bold, have the time & help to hold the tape, it would be very much appreciated. If the project comes to fruition, anyone that helps will be offered the product, the initial run will...

JDrive's SSK pic looks the same as the pics from Stealth and Vivid ( both of which say they do not fit the E24/M6?)
They look almost identical to the Ireland SSK, except JDrive's, Vivid and Stealth all look a little shorter than the Ireland?
Does anybody know whats up with these? Thanks!

Dash cover that fits well
Het guys I think I need a dash cover in dark brown to protect my almost pristine leather dash. Does anyone know of a good source for a quality fit? I don't mind the old "carpet" style or a real suede or leather if its not super pricey. I'm just looking to keep the leather from cracking and...

Probably not because we all know that these are not all weather cars, unless one does not mind rust!
The Coco mats are great though and washable with a medium press hose.

Borbet 17"/ 8.5 Wheels $500 !!!
Hey guys, these Borbet's that were on my M6 are for sale in SoCal. Local pickup only. They are really clean. The tires are pretty old, but protecting the wheels for now. They are stored in Orange County, in the Anaheim area. If seriously interested you can text me and put you in touch with my friend...

635 / M6(?) Not Dinan blue front lowering springs
I just saw these on Ebay, I think they are the same as the ones on my M6, but not sure if 635 and M6 use the same spring.
I figured someone here should get these babies!

Haha, yeah it's real personal for us Sixers.
Luckily I don't like most and I am partial to 16's.
Hey maybe you'd like my old 17x 8.5 Borbets, I never did sell them.

I can't stand Red M6's, but the 79' Hennarot Alpina B7 is dreamy.

I still think 16" Alpina black center open lugs are amazing and as good as it gets.
The 2 or 3 piece WEDS and H&B's are possibly the only better looking wheels.

Re: Wanted: Dinan E24/ M6 Strut Brace
Thanks Ken! I will check it out. I remember years ago when I was often driving the M6 in a extremely spirited way on a windy road that at certain times had almost no traffic. The Six stuck to the road in turns at speeds that she really should not have as well as she did. I wondered how she could pos...
