Thanks, I am always trying to share everything! the other replacements are BDT93 and BD911, but RBDT is some kind of automotive version and it is better to use it for ECU purpose :)

My friends car won't start, after checking nearly everything we ended up opening ECU to have a look inside. I have located burned RBDT93 transistor :evil: did anyone had similar damage in 061 or 059 unit? what replacement for this transistor did you used? or where did you sourced the RBDT93? https:/...

Is there any write up about the L6 model that can answear whether it was trully built only in 1987 (as stated i.e. in Wikipedia)? The reader works but the contrast is not good enough, maybe it needs some cleaning or new lamps?! :-k I've got plenty of microfilms but mainly for E34, E32, E31 and E28... The things I need to get working are printer and oscilloscope, I've got second one for spares, which does not read diskettes hop...

hah I've got one! there's plenty of them on ebay, when I receive it (together with original big screwdriver I've found few weeks ago) the toolkit will finally become complete!
