The head will be very prone to cracking due to the water passages being very close to the combustion chambers. You need a newer head and that will cause a lessening of compression. Better off with a good port job or doing the engine right and tearing it down and then building it correctly. HP is no...

I believe the m90 on the head doesn't really mean much. I have an m90 engine and the head doesn't say m90 on it. And I have a m30b32 engine and the head says m90 on it. Both heads appear to be the same. The head gaskets when laid on top of one another line up identically. Or close enough I see no d...

The cam that was in my 79 m90 was like no 1 in your pics. The distributor drive gear slots into the end of the cam and makes the dizzy go round. Hi all who here has put the bigger 47mm e34 b35 standard valves into a m90 or early m30 l jet head? Or is there bigger then that?
