Re: 1984 633CSi Rises again!
Reminds me of why i got into welding. You should put that pic up on the shops google maps page. you need to find you a reputable shop with a welder that can get it done. The top should also get a bead for added strength and peace of mind.

Re: lowered expectation
Thanks Matthew, at full extension I'm 8 or 9 inches of the ground. The ride stiffens or softens up according to pressure in the bag, the more pressure the stiffer the less the more bouncy. Too much pressure also equals bouncy btw. The last picture shows the lowest my fronts go. Thats 2 inches off th...

Re: M88/3 Temp Gauge, High Idle and Fuel Mixture Fun
The temp gauge not working is part of the problem. A bad fan clutch causes high engine coolant temps, in turn the ecu dumps more fuel causing rich conditions. Symptoms = cold starts easy and hot starts difficult. Prolonged rich conditions damage o2 censors causing rough idle. one of many possibiliti...

Re: 3/82 633csi Fuel pump relay
Got it running yesterday, it was a bad ecu. 12 years of sitting and it started right up. Buellrider take a look at http://bigcoupe.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=16943 it was a great guide to my no start issue. Pay attn to the main and fuel pump relays. In my case both were double output relays, and the...

Can I jump the relay and drive it like that????? I would find and fix the problem, check the fuel pump and main relays, replace them if possible. if your car has one check the obc relay. Thats the limit of my knowledge on the subject. Are you getting spark? Charge the battery and check for spark. I...

or 002.
after a bit much more research, i was wrong about my 6 coming with a 002 dmu. They were specifically for early euro 6ers. supposedly the 008 is what i need. which means i might have a bad ecu or something else i dont know of yet.... more research and tests underway
