The resulting Shine of chrome plating compared to the OE Anodized grill finish is significantly more Brilliant by comparison. No doubt the chroming process results in a highly durable finish as well.

Photoshoot was done

First Slovenian MOT. Took the e9 as well so the e24 had good company.

Passing the MOT only observation was that the steering center tie rod has some "play" - will renew it.

After rpm still not working and for the 10th time taking out the speedometer I decided to buy a new SI board from Christov. Finally my speedo works I now have to align fuel gauge needle and rpm.
Is it okay to move the needle past end position in order to ajdust it or do I have to remove the needle and press it in again?

On some of them they pull off. they appear to be press fit on a gear shaped spot on the needle. I have a couple that I have done successfully, but I have a speedo that I can not get it to pull off from though so idk.
