Injectors

Hi All, my 84 633 is running rough and I'm pretty close to ID'ing the fuel injectors as the problem. What is available for new injectors? I'd be looking for the 14 lb ones, Bosch Part # 0280150201. TIA

Re: NOS Rear Euro Spoiler

Yeah, a zero feedback bidder is not promising so I'm hoping one of the twenty watching it will step in. I did see where a recent sale of a good condition used one was sold as a 'Buy It Now' for $699.

Hi I am one of the two bidders, but I will not pay $ 400, If anyone has some no matter the state, but I would buy 300 dollars, maximum, good luck with the sale. So why have you bid $392 then :-k I think he was the bidder that dropped out at around 200. Thanks for the well wishes, hope you all don't...

Rear Headrests

http://www.ebay.com/itm/301642899416?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 I don't usually post my eBay auctions here but I've never seen so much interest generated in an E24 part. The first two days of the auction, these bidders got into a war. It's been quiet since then, but I'v...

I used the aluminum ones at first, they don't break but they will squash over time. Horribly expensive when you start trying to fix the wheel shimmy it created :( I like tha plastic ones now, they get cracked and I toss them for a new one. No shimmy :D

dB461

I've got the dB461's installed in the front on both cars, but I cut a hole in the plastic grill to give the tweeter room as it sticks out a bit. Let us know if you try the plate versions. Retrosound 4x6's fit well in the rear for the non premium pods, but I have yet to try fitting them in the front....

Update

I received a finalized claim letter from the insurance so I called them and they reopened the claim. An adjuster is coming over Monday to take some pics. Still no word from the parts manager on this... I'm tempted to make the dealership put in OEM glass but I'd be happy to see them adjust the price ...

In progress

No word yet but I've send a pic of the glass stamp to the parts manager. Non OEM glass is not so bad, just seems odd they didn't adjust the price. I bought OEM glass last season for the 84, that was the real deal. Yeah, I was also told that BMW switched to Pilkington glass but the DOT stamp is not t...

BMW Glass

I decided to put in a claim on my insurance (first time ever) for a rock chip/crack in the front windshield. Told the insurance I wanted to do OEM glass and they were fine with that. All parts came from the local dealer and delivered to their (the dealer's) approved glass installer. Everything went ...
