The set screws are in a threaded ring that the hex cap screws into for the RS waffle conversion. Regular RC090/Style 5 caps don't need or have the ring.

Just a heads up on the RS waffle conversion - there's a fine balance between having the hex caps tight enough not to back off of the wheel, and having the grub/set screws have enough grip on the inside of the wheel. I ended up on the wrong side of that balance with my hex caps spinning the inner rin...
