My tachometer don't work. It's an early model 635csi from 1978 so there are no batteries inside the board. Is there a sensor or something else that i'm missing? Thanks in advance!

Fixed the problem! It was the hazard switch. Not the eletrical part but the inner mechanical part. The needle inside was bent. So i bent it the other way so the switch stayed inside when pushed on the button! Thank you guys for al the help and ideas! Up to the next issue xD

Yes it is like you discribe, the switch doesn't remain in or out. The lights go out when i hold the switch in! Mmh now i need to find how i can repair it or buy a New one.
Hopefully it will solve the problem
