Re: Muffler options for my 635CSi series 1

I'm in the same boat, need a rear muffler/silencer for my 81 Euro. Do you have to order the SuperSprint from Europe? also, are there any other bmw models that might fit.

best, Paul.

Re: Fuel regulator

Forgot to add picture of the unit. Ok, took it off the car today. You guys are right, it's a regulator/fuel damper. Found one on line for big $. See link below. I removed it, and it appears to be the source of hesitation. So I plan to leave it off for now. https://www.fuelinjectionproducts.com/produ...

Re: Fuel regulator

Thanks Ralph. I think you are correct. I did check realoem.com, but no dice. My car is hesitating, and I have switched out the fuel filter and pump and decided to check out the regulator as a culprit. The item circled looks original. I'm going to by pass it and see if it makes a difference before ch...

Does it come off from the bottom? i tried to pull the bottom of the pedal off the floor mount, but it's stuck in there. thanks in advance. accelarat...

thanks for the link. unfortunately, they don't seem to have this exact part, ie the mounting plate is attached to the chain via a carriage assembly, i just took a look at mine and it looks like it's one piece.

hmmm...thanks for your quick reply, when you say it pulls off, does it lift off a pad or mount? ie do you pull in a particular direction, ie pull upward toward the roof? I'm asking because it's solidly mounted in there, it doesn't seem to want to move. thanks in advance. I looked for a video but cou...

Does anyone have the circled cable/mount piece for the sunroof, pls. see pixs. Ideally, looking for the passenger side, but will buy both. This is to replace a broken mount from a 1981 Euro.

Folks, wanted to provide an update. I ordered ignition wires for a 1982 and they fit my Euro 1981 perfectly. =D> Yeeehaw!!!!! Thanks to everyone that helped me out.

I'm assuming that I should do the same when ordering the cap and rotor. Thanks in advance.
