Re: Bigcoupe.com site security???

Forwarded your questions and concerns to Brian, admin guru, as I am but a humble board moderator and don't know this stuff #-o

We should be hearing from him shortly, although he's got a bit on his plate right now, due to recent loss of a dear family member

Again, pffft #-o

Funny, he's on his way up as we speak with a boatload of parts \:D/

I'm picking up exhaust manifolds and downpipes, should I ultimately decide to ditch my headers :(

You can try books4cars, just looked and they don't appear to have one, but their inventory probably changes all the time [-o<

Re: 3.07 LSD?

Hmm, well, that does sound weird :-k

Pretty sure you have the correct ratios, however =D>

US M6 = 3.91
Euro M635 = 3.73

My advise would be to get her up so that you can turn the prop shaft and count the wheel revolutions \:D/

Re: 3.07 LSD?

Ian, the European series I E12 based 635's with the M90 and CR trans did indeed have a 3.07 diff \:D/ However, this is a sideloader and is not compatible with the series II E28 chassis 6ers [-X edit: you mention LSD, not sure about that but I would surmise that limited slip was an option [-o< Perhap...

ldc, I would think that you are going to foul the struts up front with 245's [-X

No problems out back, however, where you can install steamrollers without issues =D>

Presuming these wheels are 8" wide with ET20 offset, the correct tire size would be 235/45's [-o<

Re: Auxiliary Fan - Again

Hiya Bert, It would be interesting to hear how the add-on system works, once you get the car running and start sorting the details [-o< My guess is that the aux fan system will be the same as a US car with factory installed A/C, which would therefore incorporate the dual fuse block to protect those ...

As usual, Brucey has very good points, but I would check the little fuse block that is exclusive for the aux fan :-k I'm not sure where in the grand scheme of things the fuse block is electrically speaking versus the relays, but I'm guessing it's before :-? OK, so I went the "Xpel" route (thanks Andy =D> ) and installed the clear film covers, which, by the way, are anything but film :-? Here's a shot for ya with the engine out of the car, just a bit easier to see the big but faint "L", which is in fact on the raised water jacket :-k

Can't see the "3.5" but I think that was cast into the raised water jacket as well :-?

Not my M90, wish it was =P~
