Jim: Very sorry to hear that you are selling this car due to a cancer diagnosis! Hope you make a full and speedy recovery!
I knew this car well when it was in Atlanta. Just posted a positive comment on your BaT auction. Good luck!

M635CSi F/S in CA
If I was in the neighborhood, and in the market (and I am neither!), I'd have to go take a look at this one. A bargain at the price, if cosmetically and mechanically sound. NA, obviously. https://www.ebay.com/itm/125729084079?mkcid=1&mkrid=711-53200-19255-0&siteid=0&campid=5336180819&...

I can confirm that Kos is doing his best to make things right. All my labels arrived today in good order. Hope things are improving for him now and I appreciate his contribution to our old BMW obsession.

Re: Mounting USA rear license plate on Euro model
I ordered one of these universal brackets: https://www.ebay.com/itm/382621407257?hash=item5916035819:g:r6gAAOSwr~tb4eEV After drilling some new holes in the "carbon fiber" plastic bracket, and flipping the mounting bracket over, i was able to bolt this up to my euro 635CSI and mount my U.S...

Same here. Ordered about a year ago. Multiple email follow ups and all I get are the auto responses about family difficulties, etc. I'm afraid our $ is gone. It's a shame, too, since he offered some high-quality product before things got sideways.

Re: WTB: Spare tire cover
Yep, that's close. However, the cover on the M5 does not have all the holes - just a small cut-out for access to the valve stem. Which is obviously much less involved that your part.
I may have to see if I can find a good woodworker to fab something up for me.

WTB: Spare tire cover
Guys:
I have recently purchased a "new" 83K M5, It is a very nice car. However, the fiberboard spare tire cover is not in particularly good condition.
I know this is a long shot, but if anyone has a spare tire cover in good shape, I could sure use it.
Thanks,
Mike

I have the car you are searching for. 1986 635CSi euro that I purchased from a fellow BMWCCAer out of Tuscon. Original owner was an Army officer who purchased it new while stationed in Abu Dhabi and owned it until his death a couple of years ago. Guy I bought it from bought it from the estate of the...

WTB: Bottom and back pads for comfort seats
Guys: I've got this nice euro 635CSi with highland plaid comfort seats. The driver's seat bottom and back pads are both pretty worn. Upholstery is surprisingly good and I've got a sheepskin cover on the seat now to preserve what I've got. I'm looking for seat bottom and back foam/"horsehair&quo...

If you haven't taken a look at the M6s and M635s for sale at Enthusiast Auto Group recently - www.enthusiastauto.com - then you ought to check them out. Stunning cars with, I am sure, stunning prices - almost none of which are disclosed on the website. Those Keller boys sure get the cream of the crop.

Replacing US rear bumper caps
I just bought a NOS set of rear bumper end caps/covers for my 1985 U.S. car. Planning to replace them over the weekend. Anything special about the replacement, such as sealing the bolt holes to prevent water intrusion, etc.? Searched on the board and Googled but couldn't find anything. Thanks for an...

Here's what you need. In Atlanta, too. Terrific deal for good Hartge wheels, IMO.

Re: My new 85 Shark
Congratulations on the "new" 635! I'm glad to see another GA e24 fan - welcome to the Club.
I'd search around on eBay, the mye28.com board or here for a good spare wheel. Lots of nice 16" wheels available and those would be a good upgrade for your car.
Have fun!
