Good job Paul, did she go to a board member by any chance [-o< If not, we hope that you forwarded this site to him/her :-" Sorry to see you go :( A forum member indeed. The only place I advertised it was here as I was hoping it would go to someone who knew it and would continue to enjoy the car.

1986 635csi Project, Sydney, Australia

After close to 15 years with my 6er it's time to let it go as I no longer have the time nor interest to drive it. You will see I've listed it as a project for the important reason that it doesn't run. A month or so ago I took it out for a rare drive and hit an unseen speedbump with a bit of a thump....

Re: Why did the Forum change!?!?!

Well it looks asolutely bizarre on my laptop with menus popping up randomly all over the place and a messed up screen. If I click to close one menu then another one pops up and if I close a menu with a click it pops back up again when I click to start typing so my text is hidden behind it. Most odd....

I'm using Google photos. No Dacia in Australia. If it wasn't for James May mentioning them (doesn't he drive one?) it's a brand i would never have heard of. Who is the parent company or are they an independent?

Hmm, mine is clearly way off then. I always thought it was an odd way to be lined up, put it down to German eccentricity, now I know it's not how it should be.

Re: Adjusting the dashboard on M6

I too would like to see more photos as it appears the dashes are all over the shop. Mine is original and as far as I know has never been removed so I've always thought the step between the door and dash was meant to be there. Bobbo's photo shows that his line up however so maybe mine is crook? Not t...

A photo of my stock 635. The M6 dash should be the same. The dash and door aren't level but they should be a good flush fit.

Re: e24 on car sales for $11,550

Isn't that actually a realistic price for a bog standard 6er? As much as it would be nice to see a significant increase in the price of our cars those that I see for sale in the low $20,000s never seem to sell. I could be hopelessly wrong but I've always thought of mine despite all the polish and al...

Re: Any Aust members live near Leeming W.A.?

My 6er came from Perth. Trying to get it over to Sydney was a pain and CEVA never even replied to my enquiries. I ended up getting it brought over by WA Freightlines. They don't specialise in cars particularly but were very helpful and did it cheap as a backload. The only slight issue was that the b...

I agree with Mr E, your car looks great.

Throwing stars are funny though, I feel like they shouldn't work on our cars due to the design but they do, really well too.

A trike and a bike atop the 6er for our trip away of a couple of thousand kilometres last week using the Seasuckers. These are a great invention. http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u281/Hergest/Bright%20Cycling%202016-17/trike%20seasucker2_zpsh1kvnj9w.jpg http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u281/Herg...
