Wow! That's pretty quick for a head gasket change! Good to know, thanks Rainer.

Brandon, if you replaced the dshaft center bearing there is a certain amount of preload (slots in the bolt holes) it needs to keep from vibrating. It's in the manuals etc but I just guestimate it and haven't had any problems.

I use the paper gasket with no sealant ...no problems.

POR15 is a moisture cured urethane. 2 part, moisture being the catalyst. Very different from basic enamels. Try the spray brake cleaner test on both... I prefer KBS brand. Search MCU coatings, lots of interesting info!

Change that fuel filter! And the "dry" hose that you cut back. Problem is, if there's crud in the main filter then the tank sock is prob clogged too.
