Congrats on your Euro6. I know you use to have strut bars for the 5 series. Brent, do you have any for the six? I just bought an '82 Euro6, which I found out has the E12 chassis. I also agree with you about the feel of the early cars. Although, I haven't had anything to compare with, I don't want it...

Second Request For Rear Seat Removal

Will anyone let me know the trick to removing the rear seats, please.
I don't have the rear a/c unit. Gherman is an '82 Euro. E12 chassis.

what is the easiest way to remove the rear seats w/o a/c in an '82 euro??
I know how to remove the seats in an '80 528i, but this is a different animal.

Just take your dipstick & match it up.
You want it very snug around the dipstick, but, not too snug on the outside.
I answered till V gets back to ya. I've done it this way.
