Re: JPS 633csi Special Order - Can anyone verify?
One thing I'd really like to do is find the 17 number VIN - all I have is the last 7 no's. 4391277 - Will check elsewhere on this site...

Re: JPS 633csi Special Order - Can anyone verify?
Great, thanks Daz, so yours is an 86 Schwarz? Aussie delivered? That must be pretty rare. One of the reasons I chasing this one is because of the colour, but if there's a couple of later model Schwarz I could always hold out..will know better when I have a look in person...

Re: JPS 633csi Special Order - Can anyone verify?
Update: Rego drama: Looks like it's a private import - no compliance plate - Apparently they weren't required prior to 89 I think so the owner is speaking to Canberra trying to get paperwork to register in NSW - haven't seen the car yet, was hoping to Friday but looks like it will be next week. Owne...

Re: JPS 633csi Special Order - Can anyone verify?
Great, thanks Shipper I punched in the vin 4391277 to your decoder and got e24 code 5242...? I've pretty much given up on it being officially associated with the team, other than some stories. From my research it is Schwarz and hasn't been resprayed. Not sure about originality of the seats and not s...

Re: JPS 633csi Special Order - Can anyone verify?
Thanks Daz and Shipper: Update, spoken to Addam at BA and also Stewart from JPS registry who spoke to Pip...not one of their cars. Also seems that no records were kept of any special dealer orders on Schwarz. My feeling is also that Schwarz is very rare. 78 feels too early for any JPS liveried cars....

JPS 633csi Special Order - Can anyone verify?
IMG_5952.JPG IMG_5950.JPG Hi all, doing some sleuthing on the JPS road going cars of the 80s. Seems there was no records kept of private orders of 635s solid Schwarz cars created in JPS livery. There was a run of official numbered E21s. This one is up for sale in QLD.
Here’s the story so far:
19...

Negative JPS 635csi
I've always been a huge fa of Jim RIchard's JPS...in fact he's signed my car - only problem, mine is alpine white and his is schwartz which is clearly the best colour. However, I've always wondered what the graphics would look like on my white shark...so a couple of hours after finding out I would h...

Buffalo vs Napa anthracite leather
Hi all, I need your opinion. I recently swapped my black sports leather passenger seat to the drivers side, as the existing drivers seat was rooted. I replaced the passengers with a buffalo spare seat I had. So all the seats work well, but the buffalo clearly stands out as different. I now have the ...

Re: Begging for help! - A/C blower
Hi Toby, how did you go resolving your problem? It's been hell in Sydney this year - 40 degrees tomorrow and my air con is a mess. Can I ask where you had yours fixed and were you happy with the service? - Guide on price would also be useful if you're willing to share!
Cheers

Mystery brake calipers
Can any detectives out there identify what model these calipers might be suited for? They're stamped with M. The numbers
read 60/28/315. Theoretically, the should be off a 6er.- Fri Feb 10, 2017 10:11 am

Re: some minor issues
#3 I just replaced me passenger window button - the window would go down ok but up was very patchy. New switch fixed that. I would add that my driver's window is very slow compared to the passengers, So I'm thinking it might be a clean and lube. However, my driver's mirror is also slow so I'm wonder...
