I have met this guy, good luck having the cops finding him......I have not been over there since late spring, but several of the cars that he advertised no longer exist, parted out and cut up... all of the cars were high milage, not cared for in a long time, exposed to that fine Liquid Brine they sp...

Yeah, and it is nice enough, would hate to drive it on a regular base...somebody is going to see that as an investment and park it..... A shame, a car like that deserves to be driven ......

With A/C on, you can not sit for more then a minute or two bef...

Re: Spin on oil filter adapers
If anyone has any doubt about these, I bought one a couple of years ago.. Nice machining, good fit.. I did locktite the adapter into the housing, but if needed, I am sure we can get it back out with some heat, so fully reversable.. Nice not to have to mess with that stupid bolt. Running a large Mobi...

Intoxication will do it.. . That's really cool. We are only 3 cars apart. Hopefully they put an LSD in your car...as they did not in mine!  ...some kind of punishment.[/quote] They did not, but I installed a LSD out of an 88 535 when I did my manual conversion.. 3.25 ratio, pretty...

Thanks Brucey, Transistor is mounted in the plastic ducting of the heater, and there are 3wires hooked to it that only fit one way.. Plus, it still blows the fuse if I select A/C first, what should bypass the whole heater transistor....was just strange that everything worked fine for a while before ...

I shipped a set of sport seats from the UK to Ohio 2 years ago, i seem to remember for around $400-450.. Was through a freight forwarder, but went UPS, 2 days to my door:)... As a plus, getting seats from the UK, your drivers seat will be like new :D ... Was worth it to me, seats were in good shape ...

Yeah, I owe you guys some pictures... Sorry, it has been busy... Final instal went ok, the shortened track helped put the seal in the correct spot.. Re: Door seal
Pete, Would the temperature affect the install? Would a hair dryer be helpful? Not a bad thought, it was into the upper 50's in the shop, but I think it was mostly stiff because it was new and never used. The parts that mesh together at the bottom of the window by the mirror look like they are pret...
