Re: Power seat original look
You have the complete seat with the rails included.
The photos of the seat moved forward and back reveal the holes
of the rail where the seat bolts to the floorboard.

Thanks GRNSHRK,
I used that system when I re-flocked my gauge cluster.
Worked great once I diluted the mixture.
On to the next project--redoing the seats.

Re: Engine running woes
Yes, 3 bolts hold the B35 rail. Just gently pry from one side along to the other.
If it's very difficult, could spray a lube down around injectors to help
dislodge the rubber injector rings.
good luck

Re: Engine running woes
You can try to remove the rail with the injectors attached.
Very carefully pry from the end of the rail working your way to the
other end.
That was my method to make it easier.

Just a note of caution, it's the struts that stops the hood from
touching the header. The bumpers are there to soften
the stopping of the hood. Correct strut size is vitally
important.

I agree with "635sharknose",I swapped my 86 to World Bumpers about 6yrs ago.
As for swapping, much easier then swapping Euro Bumpers.

I've seen my body shop friend grab the hood or trunk lid and give it a little
shove or a slight twist in the direction to create even gaps.

The Closer
Do you folks remember the TV show The Closer. A women detective would always close the case. Got me to thinking that many times when I post a question or possible solution it winds up being the last post on the topic. I'll list a few posts to show what I mean. Maybe you can figure out why I'm the Cl...

I just installed the in tank pump roughly following this tutorial. https://www.mye28.com/viewtopic.php?t=101410 But, only after I confirmed that the pump did not work. Before you change the fuel filter and external pump, you should test the fuel pressure to confirm a pressure problem. Changing parts...

If the sunroof drains are clogged a little heavy rain can cause leaking along
the drain tube inside the A pillar and collect water near the bottom of the speaker
grills.

Jay is the best. I made a mistake years ago thinking that the allen plug (soft aluminum) was to drain the ATF. Of course the allen tool stripped in the plug I just left it alone. It's a casting hole plugged up. 20 years later I went to rebuild the pump and figured I would replace the stripped plug. ...

First I would make certain that the wire is in fact to
trigger the solenoid. Multi meter or circuit tester will confirm.
This is the terminal tab where the wire slides onto.
