Hubcentric rings aren't 'spacers' per se. They don't change the wheel offset. All they do is center the wheel on the hub. Practically any BMW five lug wheel will fit, but some have extreme offsets that WOULD require spacers. The normal offset for an E24 is 20-25. I'm running E36 fitment Beyern whee...

If you can find a shipping consolidator, there's a car in Dallas TX that was pretty nice but is now sitting outside a body shop with no wheels. I knew the owner of the body shop and he said he did a pile of work to the guy and the owner did not show up to pay him. It had electric recaro seats and I ...

I'd like to avoid spacers. What other options do I have? I don't care about the size so much (15" and 16" wheels are fine) But I'd prefer the BBS x spoke wheels or something that is original or period correct aftermarket (hagar etc).

Oh! and the wheels on this car are metric with shot tires. Will the BBS 17" wheels from an E39 BMW 540i fit?

I checked on the car today and ran the motor. The noise from the engine sounds a lot like a timing chain rattle so I have a question (or two) Are timing chain single or double row? Do they have a risk of breaking? Worldpac shows that 3 chain tensioners, do they all need replacing? If guides need rep...

Thanks guys, E34 V8's should be around in junk yards so I'll take a look around and see what's on offer if I can't sort out my brakes. If I can find a re-build kit, I'd rebuild them myself. So are pads and rotors the same as a regular 635csi? This car is a Euro. I don't think I've ever seen a Merced...

Recent BMW M635CSI purchase by avid Mercedes Benz enthusiast

All This week, I purchased a very neglected 85 BMW M635CSI. I've been eye balling this car which is in my neighborhood for some time but did not pull the trigger because the price was not right. However when I last checked the CL, the owner had lowered the price and I thought I would take a gamble. ...
