Hello, Had no idea, but, a hot re start, after coming out of store, was not happening, Cranked, popped icv, scratched my head, sat there, cranking with my hood open, doing trouble shooting in my head, fuel, check, hear pump running for a second, spark, ckeck (icv popped), air, yep, we are outside,.....

comment about the low profile ramp
i mainly back up on my ramps, and lift the whole front end with my hydraulic jack and put jack stands under it.
If i need to drive on ramps forward i use woodenboards before the ramps to clear the valance;

Can you take a close up of the wiring terminal on relay, also what are the color wires are going to it!
The brown wire is defiently ground wire, looks like still connected to ground.
Any other relays on outside of fuse box?

Hello Welcome to the madness, Next to the yellow box you find a smaller black box, obc relay, Keep that in mind looking for culprit, that will take the start signal from ecu away, if faulty! Main relay very common to break, you can remove and jump terminals to check for beeing faulty, if replacement...
