I would normally recommend that you find one problem at a time and fix it, changing one thing at a time as you go. BTW a faulty ICV is obviously going to affect idle, but is very unlikely to cause a mid-throttle stumble unless other fault(s) are present. Caps can develop carbon tracking which is more troublesome in damp weather. Just polishing the contacts isnt enough. If the rotor is toast, it has been arcing everywhere.
