Just cut the metal back to clear the light. Treat the cut edge. There is plenty of metal left.

Re: S2 seats compatibility in S1?
I seem to remember that the "stepped floor" seat frames use 6 bolts to hold them to the floor.

Re: Front wheel Bearings on 86 e24
Hi Ronnie,
You will destroy the bearing when you remove it so the new one comes complete with hub and bearing.
Do you have a Haynes for the E28? Excellent write-up in there on the bearing replacement.
All the best.
Ron.

The other thing of course, both of those crimps look like they started off round and straight, there could be the option to get a batch made. One crimp is straight and we have manufactured one. Re: location of ABS fuse M635
I didn't realize there was a difference. What didn't fit for you? the sensor itself? or length? The post '86 items are handed L & R. with fancy grommets. The ones I got from Ivo had no grommet or plug on the end. I think that the difference is because the trailing arms are different between ear...

Re: location of ABS fuse M635
Quick update. Ivo at 28.nl now has the rear sensors in stock. as well as the fronts. they have 30 in stock. Well, 28 now. Been a pleasure working with them. Jay The rear sensors are only for pre ‘86 cars. I’ve just recd. a pair which don’t fit my ‘87 car. I’ve asked Ivo if he is getting the later o...
