I'm thinking of upgrading my stock 88amp alternator for my 1984 633 with a 150 amp from an M6. Any electrical or fitment problems? Any connector non compatibility?

I may down the road upgrade my headlights..

Chris, The E32 has 180k miles and never been touched. Has a leaking selector shaft seal which I'm going to do myself and top up the box. Get an occasional "Trans Program Error" and CEL. It shifts a bit rough..... The E24 has 60,000 since a rebuild and on that I'm going to do a filter and f...

It may seem silly, but put someone in the trunk and ride over RR tracks to try to isolate the sounds.
As dumb as it may seem, do you have the spare tire really tight? Leave it and the jack and other "junk in the trunk" out the next test ride.

He doesn't have a specific listing only that it is a 1983 633CSI. So if you search on his ebay name you may find the listing which was for a turn signal flasher relay.

Thanks for the pic. Found the flasher on the right side of the column as the left side had the silver horn relay. Now I'm off to find that $5.95 Meyle flasher.

Does the rear seat pop out as a unit or are there separate units?

Do I need to remove the seats to get to the top of the shock towers for a shock replacement. If I don't is it just as easy to do a shock replacement?

I've got inop turn signals and emergency flasher. They light up but don't flash..(vin_6997510) 1984 633. If my relay/flasher is under the kick panel or steering column (per Chris above) how do I get access to that area. Do I drop the knee panel- (I see screws here) or the steering column (no screws)...

I looked at the commercial products offered by rustoleum including an expoxy-mastic 2 part product.

Do you keep the car inside or outside? My storage will be outside in the winter (ouch!)
