Hope this is in the right section..
I need to get my 87 635 off its weight on all 4 corners while I remove my rear sub frame and suspension so I can paint and redo the bushes. Front is fine but where can I place axle stands at the rear without going through the floor?
Thanks,

BMW Metric Wheels with Tyres and Spare
Hi All, I have been trying to sell my old wheels off my 87 635CSI with TRX Wheels including the spare. The wheels had new tyres in March 2017 but one is now warn due to uneven wear (and the odd roundabout in the wet :D ) The spare has not been used and does pump up but deflates after a few days. Fog Lamps Only Working on One Size
Hi All,
So on my 87 635 I have the right side fog lamps working and the left side is not, I have checked the bulbs of course and still no good. I have looked at BMW parts and looks like there is a relay for them but would replacing that help?
Thanks,
Tom.

Thanks for this, found the relay, part number 1 373 975 for anyone else with the issue.
So where would I find these dimming ones? Were they standard on the e30?

Hi, So sometimes when I shut the doors the lights go off, either straight away or after a few seconds, and other times then wont turn off. When they are working you can hear a click sound around the glovebox which I'm guessing is caused when the doors press in the button next to the hinges. Seems to...

Re: Jumping Gears at Speed
I have been playing around with this and still no luck, It has started holding on to revs for ages before changing gear but if I lift my foot slightly it changes up so I'm guessing the TPS is requiring replacement. I am struggling to find the part though, all I can find is 13631273265 which is from ...

I'm in the UK so might be different but I got my passenger door seal from BMW as in the full weatherstrip that goes round the entire door, cost me £242 including VAT but had to come from Germany.

Thanks Brucey, and yes it a 1987 non highline, first registered on 01/08/1987. Most the brands I see for these lowering springs lower it by 35mm currently looking at a set that lower it by 30mm which are below, is that 'too low' more to the point I dont want to be grounding out :) http://www.europer...

Its got the fuse in place and the ball thing under the bonnet (PRESSURE ACCUMULATOR) which the service pulled up as leaking helium (that could be wrong though)
