The waterless coolant never boils off, so you top it off and leave it alone, unless you have a leak. You do need to put a sticker on your radiator cap warning people NOT to add any water, though . Since you were told the fuel pump is going out, why not test the fuel pressure and flow? If the fuel pressure is low (<~35 psi) even with the fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose disconnected and plugged, it's the outside pump going bad. If it develops good pressure but suddenly drops off, then retur...

I think they're 30mm long (thread, not total length), but I couldn't swear to that.
