Re: 1984 633CSi Rises again!
I'm trying to space out my purchases, lest I wreak the wrath of the wife. LOL I can relate, Its like a bit of a game at my place. As long as I don't spend a lot at one time I stay under the radar. \:D/ Just nice steady spending keeps me out of the evil eye! Of course I have to hold my tongue...

I have been watching this thread as I have an inop intank pump and new bosch main pump and have been having problems starting my car which I think( maybe ) related to the main pump not being feed fuel and just sucking air for a bit until the car gets going. The old main pump was noisy so I replaced ...

EAG? Enthusiast Auto Group in Ohio (I think???). Yes sorry I'm used to seeing it referred to as EAG. I usually forget what the actual name is. They charge crazy prices for E28 M5s. Buy them from enthusiasts for 25K, sell them for 50K to ( I guess) rich collectors. Or whoever is willing to pay. Or m...

One of our forum members had extreme difficulty in realising just £15k for his example- and it wasn't for lack of trying! If that's the case, then our two slightly crusty running M6s will be more viable dismantled for spares. A proper resto is going to cost £10k each on them. Breaking them would ...

There is a product called super 77 made by 3M. I have seen a thread on this and someone was using this to stick plastic to the door frame. Probably on MyE28. I think he said it worked. I have used this product alot and it works great. Just be caerful about overspray, it can make a mess. http://solut...

Great that sounds good with the glueing. I was cosidering silicone but thats maybe a little messy. Please keep us updated on the new led. I agree, its a small thing but its the little things that make the vintage experience complete. The first aid kit, tool kit, etc. I would like to get my hands on ...

You make it sound so simple, I guess that never occurred to me. I lost interest in that project a while ago.( like so many others) You've inspired me to look at that again. How did you glue it back together, I was hoping to find a way so that its easily pulled apart next time, not sure how long thos...
