Re: Custom Interior Decals
How are these applied to whatever surface they are made for (turn signal or cruise control switch, for example)? Do you have any side by side photos of these applied compared to OEM? They look nice, and I like the opportunity they offer for some customization.

Eric

Re: Updating an M635csi Track Car to a Race Car
Hello. What are your thoughts on the work done by Power Plant Racing on the engine? How many miles on the car since their work? How many of those on a track?
Thanks,
Eric

Cool find, and I love the saving in weight. Does this bolt on or require any additional modification?

Please keep us posted on your progress on this. I have pondered the same thing myself. I assume you are doing it to have less drag on the engine, or some other reason(s)?
Thanks,
Eric

Re: M88 crank nut removal
Hey Ronnie, I will have to get a pic later, but I am using one of the engine support bars that rests on the fender channels. It has a threaded hook that you can then use to support the engine with. You should have a bracket with a hole in it attached to the front of the engine for this purpose. I'll...

M88 crank nut removal
I called myself searching around for the answer, but didn't find it. I would like to remove the crank nut (jesus nut), and want to know how to safely keep the crank from spinning. My particular situation, the car is up off the ground and the front subframe is out. I have seen mention of a flywheel l...

Nice looking sixxer. I have one very similar, only difference being the black interior in mine. Well, that and yours is in much better looking condition! Another source is Walloth & Nesch. I just placed an order for the front silencer, 18122225082, for 405.46 Euro (no VAT) plus shipping. Welcome...

Curious about more info on the brakes. What size wheels are you running again? 17"? Will those calipers properly fit inside them and still grip the rotor? I ask becuase I thought the original wheel size these were designed for was 18 or 19" wheels. Also, are you changing the master cylinde...

Re: 6 speed manual conversion help!
To the OP, do you have a 6 speed already? If so, which one? The only direct bolt on I am aware of is the 6 speed found in the later e34 M5s (mentioned above). I have heard of others looking into creating their own bell housing so that a Tremec 6 speed or a 6 speed out of another production car could...

Just to make sure I am clear, it sounds like the newer M30 pump will not retrofit to the M88/S38, is this correct?
Thanks,
Eric

That's some good info, thank you. There's something about those wheels that I really like.
What kind of suspension setup do you have on your car? The stance look great.
Thanks again,
Eric

Those wheels are nice. Do you have any more details on them? What size are they? Do you happen to know the weight?
Nice looking car all around. Great to hear she's getting the love she deserves.
Take care,
Eric

Looking for the thoughts of everyone out there. I have seen this offered on VAC's website: https://store.vacmotorsports.com/vac-oil-pump-upgrade-kit-s38m30-p1692.aspx As far as I have seen, they are the only ones offering any sort of upgrade to the oil pump, and I don't recall seeing any threads abo...
