Brian,

I have an original that I could send to them. If any more interest we might be able to do a bulk order.

#195. He's hoping for around £15K. Chain apparently done as he has receipts.

Not been used for about 9 years so will require complete re-commissioning and putting back together.

The seller is an E type specialist. https://www.automo.co/

Is there any particular reason you want the Montreux? Units were fitted at dealers as BMW didn't fit them from the factory. Pretty sure I've not got one but have a look at this lot. http://bigcoupe.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=25791&p=183719&hilit=blaupunkt#p183719 http://bigcoupe.com...

Re: Electric Headrest Fault

Further to the above I have noted that the 3 brown wires that go into the plastic unit that is part of the motor mount is described as a voltage regulator. With the engine OFF pump the brake pedal until it goes hard. Now check the level. Should be about 10mm. from the top.

It is my understanding that the early model cars came with a clear pocket that would let you put your owner handbook in and insurance card/registration. Hi should a RHD M635 have this ? There are a couple of studs below the radiator cross member - wondering why they might be there (appear to have not been used - as still painted). They are for mounting clips for the automatic gearbox oil cooling pipes on a non-M 635. http://bmwfans.info/parts-catal...
