i did an example and found that the 235x40 are closer to the original spec for m635 shod with the michelins, 16 inch rims with trx240x45, this gives 62.24cm, 235x45 - 64.33 yet the 235x40 - 61.98, my new rims are 17rc090 et20, want the closest to original so it will not effect the speedo!!

car gets driven 1 maybe 2 times a week, plus an occasional trip,
tyres do not need to be expensive, does not get driven in the wet unless caught out, give me some ideas
