Bigcoupe should be broken into Series 1 and 2

Post by Ozibimmer »

Hi Guys
Just a thought but I have been in the BMW Industry for a few years and had many series 1 and 2 E24s.Its would so good if there was a Series 1 and 2 breakdown for each Topic.
Say
Engine-Mechanical-Electrical series 1
Engine-Mechanical-Electrical series 2
I know it would be lots of work but would really improve a already great website.
Please understand I love this place and only want it to grow.

Hey Oz,

I will forward this request over to Brian, but I'm fairly certain that he's gonna laugh out loud, regain his composure, then respond #-o

But hey, ya never know

Now if we could only get all these newbs to but their friggin' location in their sig, now that would be something :-"

Sorry but splitting the forum up into 2 Series isn't going to happen

I'll see if I can make location a mandatory field

Please do, especially for those that sign up and immediately post a car or parts for sale.

Other forums I participate in require 1) full profile 2) intro post with pictures 3) in some cases, having done #1 and #2 and commenting on a number of posts before being able to start a new thread. Others have "like" mentions. I realize this may be neither desirable nor achievable with the forum software, just saying what I've seen.
