I'm not fully on the train to believe the prices are going to rise significantly for a while. I think they already have risen and are leveling off.
Many low mileage cars are coming out of the woodwork and have reduced demand due to increased supply.
Sure they will continue to climb, but not like the E30 M3 or E38 M5 which both either racing heritage or low production numbers pushing up their values...
