I'm not tech savy. What does this mean and do i need to do anything?

Photobucket recently stopped allowing photos it hosts to be embedded on web sites (like this forum and many others). That's why you see the Photobucket extortion demand come up where informative forum photos used to be. They want you to pay them $400 for the privilege. This tweak gets around that.

I assume you're running Google Chrome ? This is an extension for Chrome. Click on the Add to Chrome button.

There's an extension for Firefox, too. I've never trusted Chrome.

The "Add to Chrome" button isn't clickable in that link. Only the 'share' button works.

Yes, using Chrome, latest version. I get that exact same page, but the "Add to Chrome" button is NOT clickable.

Bizarre. I wonder if it is geo blocked perhaps ? If you run a VPN, enable that and try it.

It never 'clicked', but it finally installed and works. I don't know what I did or didn't do. It wasn't working one minute and the next the "Photoransombucket" shots were viewable.
