Today marks the sixth month of ownership of my 1986 635csi. This BMW had sat since 1992 so she was in need of a lot of attention. I can say with a huge smile on my face that for the last two moths she has been my daily driver and not a single issue, other than my drive home is only 10 miles long and doesnt have enough curves. Thank You all for your help and for this awesome forum. It has helped me so very much.

I bought a car that had been sitting no-op for a long time, but it wasn't as trouble free. I've put over 20,000 miles on it in just over 2 years. My commute is either 50 miles roundtrip or 88 miles roundtrip, depending on whether or not I take the train or drive all the way into the office. I go over a mountain road every day, so I get to test the handling of the car quite a bit!

Song, it sounds like your daily drive is a little bit of heaven each and every day. Thank You for the kind words as I plan on enjoying this car until its time to leave this earth.
