'87 M6 barn find in Arizona. Not sure of the actual mileage (other that the 118K indicated on the registration) and condition, but for the brave of heart this could be one to restore and flip! Thoughts?

You may be right. At the final price of $14,910 with presumed mileage of at least 118K and an unknown set of maintenance needs, I doubt anyone would make much on a "spruce up and flip" effort.
