I have received six "hoping to come" from emails I have sent. I assume these are in addition to BigCoupe. These are also in addition to Horsetan, James and Brucey. I also received eight responses from "interested" but can't make this date.

On the contrary - when we have our national scirocco meet at cosford RAF up near Bham we have the same charges applied..

A pain but hey ho.

There is Avion Crescent, an industrial estate with a Daihatsu showroom, branch of Hannants Models and a Jehovah's Witness meeting hall about 70 yards from the RAF Museum car park, where everyone can park.....for FREE!!

Click here for Google satellite map

As I said, I'd probably walk down there. Saves petrol.

Proposed start time from 10.30am. They open at 10.00.

Incidentally, does any one have any ideas where we might pop back for tea afterwards? EG somewhere within easy walking distance?

Colindale is not exactly known for its La Dolce Vita ambience or experience.

Wish I could go. Unfortunately my 635 is still in storage waiting for me to change the cracked sump pan, & I'd like to have the M6 checked out properly before going anywhere near London!
Hmm...maybe next time :-?

I'll be at Daventry, then out round Northampton on the saturday night for a mate's 40th so I doubt me or the other half will surface anytime before noon on Sunday

At least the highline is back on the road now though
(just when petrol is at a record high price! :x )
