Goodwood Festival of Speed

hi Every-one,
For the last couple of years I have enjoyed going to the Goodwood Pre-view day (thurs 23th June : Moving Motor Show).
I normally get tickets free as they advertised in the Sunday Telegraph or on AutoTrader web-sites.
2 Questions
a) does any one know if there are free tickets available this year ?
b) I see on the Goodwood site that they are celebrating 100 years of BMW this year. I failed to renew my BMW car club membership this year, and I cannot see any Goodwood references on the CC website. Am I just not looking at the right place...
