How to change brake pressure hose

Post by Scott635csi »

Brake Pressure Hose
Goes from the brake master cylinder to the pressure accumulator, what steps and special tools and considerations do I need to change this hose, it looks like a 16mm fitting, What items do you need to remove to exchange this hose, I looked on line and made calls but none of those that I have talk with have been helpful, the Bimmer is a 1988 635csi. Thanks in advance for assisting on this fix, Scott635csi

+ 1 Definitely need metric flare nut wrenches. You may find yourself bending the steel portion to make up the connection. And be VERY careful against cross threading the flare nuts.
