Steering box seals

Post by tmoretta »

I thought I remembered some forum member that could re-seal an M6 steering box. I cannot find the thread. Alternately, if anyone knows of a source for a steering box seal kit.

Is it Jay Stratton? His email appears to be un-deliverable.

Jay Stratton is the one to get in touch with regarding many of the hydraulic systems in our cars. He just finished another steering gear box for my 82 (e12 chassis) 633. A couple more parts for me to order and I'll be ready to do a complete front end rebuild.
