Hi guys,
I have an 81 633 with the m30b32 l jettronic fuel system, and I have been searching for a vacuum diagram. I want to replace the hoses, and sorry if I am just blind but I searched this site and the web and couldnt find one of the whole system. Even on real oem i couldnt see any good vacuum diagrams.
Bonus: I need to replace the air line that attaches near the cold start injector and goes to the auxillary air but I couldnt find that on real OEM either.
any help is appreciated,
Thanks

connect between the distributor and the throttle body on most versions with L-jet. If you have two hoses be sure to connect them correctly; IIRC the hose from the underside of the TB connects to the 'normal' side of the vacuum capsule, i.e. the side you would connect to if there were just one connection, where pulling more vacuum increases the advance. (The other connection is nominally at atmospheric pressure, but in reality is at a slight vacuum because of the AFM and the air filter).
The idle control hoses vary a lot between models. You may find what you are looking for here

in which case it ought to be #15 in the last of the links I posted...?Tazzarti wrote:Thanks bruce.

BTW if you want different colours for your vacuum tubes (just for fun!) pre '79 US spec models have many more vacuum tubes of various colours associated with the AGR system. You can in many cases use these tubes instead. IIRC the colour is just in the stripe though.
