Small Coolant Leak

I've recently noticed a small coolant leak around the area of the bypass coolant hose/radiator connection. I went ahead and replaced the existing bypass hose as it was pretty brittle and had cracks. After wiping the area of coolant, I've noticed the coolant streaks are back and there's definitely a small leak.

After a very brief look around the area once I pulled into work, I don't believe it's coming from the bypass area, but just below it or on the front of the radiator. I'll do some more digging this weekend, but this is what it currently looks like.
