Another 4hp22EH issue

Post by ROne »

Hi,

I run troubleshooting by using this diagram:
https://plus.google.com/u/0/collection/UkK-cB

Pressure regulator, two solenoid and speed sensor.. Is it even possible that so many components are broken? Gearbox socket is clean, but I havent found wiring diagram where can check are all wires ok from TCU to gearbox socket. Car is 635csi 1986.

Edit: Check wires from tcu to zf and all ok.

New info: I removed valve body and measure resistance of all solenoids, all was okay. Speed output sensor was differnt than OEM, and gives over one kilo ohms resistance, and OEM should be a 265 ohms in room temperature. Sensor swapped to OEM.
I have two tcu, used one and original, but limp mode is on..
When turn acc on, sprocket flashes twice and lit so long when turn acc off.
Program selector is ok, it returns back to E from 1-2-3 or S mode.
For sure its electrical fault, but its hard to find out..

Any good ideas?..tps, ecu?
