Need a little help...

The rubber strap that holds the iac valve in place has broken. I know, not a super big deal, but I figured "I may as well replace it, no biggie" PROBLEM.....no one seems to know what I'm talking about, much less stock or have access to order one! Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Are you looking for part number 18 in the diagram below?

Yes, that's it! The parts houses had no idea what I was talking about, but now, armed with the diagram, I should have better luck. Thank you!
