Anyone know where I can get new door loom boots? I can't find these on the ETK - probably looking in the wrong place!

Re: Door Loom Rubber Boot
They are not in the ETK. They come complete with the loom which is probably NLA!
Major job to replace as one end of the loom has to have all the multi plugs removed. I have all the required pin extractors
but no good concertina boots.

They are ALWAYS rustier than you thought!!!!!!

Re: Door Loom Rubber Boot
Thanks for the reply - I wondered why I couldn't find them. I'm just in the process of replacing the doors so it would be easy to replace them...I'll keep looking

Still got to remove the plugs from one end of the loom!

Did I mention that I have a pair of brand new doors and a bonnet and a boot lid?

Re: Door Loom Rubber Boot
I think you did...I got a pair of nice doors and a boot lid in Henna from Wattsmonkey. I thought the plugs might pull through. I'm going to check out my local scrap yard - I'll make something work!
Re: Door Loom Rubber Boot
My driver's side boot was torn. Instead of replacing it I used something called "Shoe Goo". It's a clear adhesive and has held for over a year now.
